By accessing or using the services of SG Glass & Metal ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, appointment scheduling, and communication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

SG Glass & Metal provides professional glass installation services including but not limited to shower enclosures, window installation, storefront glass, office partitions, sliding doors, and gym mirrors. Our services are available to residential and commercial customers in the Spanish Fork, Utah area and surrounding regions.

Appointments and Scheduling

When you schedule an appointment with us:

You agree to provide accurate contact information
You agree to be available at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without proper notice

SMS/Text Message Terms

Program Name: SG Glass & Metal Appointment Notifications

Program Description: By opting in to our SMS service via the opt-in checkbox on our website, you will receive appointment confirmations, reminders (typically 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment), service updates, estimate notifications, and occasional requests for feedback about our services.

How to Opt In: SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through our website at sgglassandmetal.com/estimate and through the customer portal appointment scheduler. Customers must actively check an unchecked checkbox to consent. For full details, see our SMS Consent & Opt-In Information page.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service interactions. Typically, you will receive 2–4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminders, and follow-up).

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project quote. We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH transfers. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless other arrangements have been made.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Installation work is warranted against defects for a period specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and glass products are passed through to the customer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG Glass & Metal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SG Glass & Metal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
