Program Overview
Program Name: SG Glass & Metal Appointment Notifications
SG Glass & Metal sends SMS text messages to customers who have explicitly opted in. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before), service updates, estimate notifications, and occasional post-service follow-up requests for feedback.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service interactions. Typically, you will receive 2–4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminders, and follow-up).

How We Collect Consent
SG Glass & Metal collects SMS opt-in consent exclusively through our website. There are two locations where customers may opt in:
1. Estimate Request Form
Located at sgglassandmetal.com/estimate. During the estimate request and appointment scheduling process, customers provide their phone number and may check an opt-in checkbox to consent to SMS communications. The checkbox is unchecked by default — customers must actively check it to opt in. The opt-in checkbox appears on the "Schedule Quote" step (Step 3) of the estimate form, where customers enter their contact information and schedule a free measurement appointment.

2. Customer Portal — Appointment Scheduling
Located at sgglassandmetal.com/my-account/schedule (requires customer login). When logged-in customers schedule an appointment through their customer portal, they may check an opt-in checkbox to consent to SMS appointment reminders. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The opt-in checkbox appears on Step 2 of the scheduling flow, where customers enter their address and phone number. Since this page requires authentication, a screenshot is provided below.

SG Glass & Metal: Your appointment is in 1 hour. Our team will be arriving at your location shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.
Post-Service Follow-Up

How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from SG Glass & Metal. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
You can also contact us directly at (801) 798-7698 to request removal from SMS communications.
